Research interests

Dr. Soraya Tremayne's theoretical and research interests include reproduction, kinship, gender, food and ethnicity. Her current research focuses on the politics of reproduction in Iran with a focus on religion and assisted reproductive technologies. She has carried out research in Iran, Nigeria, Romania, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
