• Economics of inequality and poverty, undernutrition, human development, health.
• Theoretical, empirical and conceptual issues in health inequality.
• Empirical work on length-of-life distribution measures to generate a set of comparable estimates across countries and over time (including for France for each year during 1806-1995).
• Conceptual research on health equity and counterfactuals in health evaluation.
